Master metal smith and found object sculptor, Denice Bizot graduated from Loyola with a BFA in sculpting. Her found object sculptures, most often created from discarded metal, were inspired by the “so-called” junk of bustling New Orleans. Denice then transforms these discarded pieces of metal into works of art, fusing the old with the new to create something beautiful and unique, in traditional New Orleans style.
